Internship Opportunities

Prisma is currently recruiting to fill a small number of part-time, unpaid internship positions that can be performed via the internet. Prisma's internship program dates back to the company's founding. The program is housed in Prisma's MicroCapital project, a news and information service on microfinance. Prisma's internship opportunities are highly competitive, and we encourage people from different backgrounds to apply. Due to the large number of applications received, Prisma is only able to respond to selected candidates. Please excuse this inconvenience.

Interns' benefits include hands-on microfinance industry experience, direct interaction with Prisma's CEO and senior management and the opportunity to make a visible contribution to a vibrant, growing company that is making a difference.

Please be advised that internships are uncompensated. The minimum time commitment is 20 hours per week for a minimum of 15 weeks. The weekly schedule is flexible. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and should include a resume and cover letter specifying the date the applicant can begin and the number of hours the applicant is available to intern.

Research Assistant/Associate

Responsibilities: Publishing of daily articles at MicroCapital including special articles, primary source research and editorials.

Qualifications: Excellent writing, research and communication skills and a strong desire to excel in a rigorous position. Applicants with website design experience will be given special consideration.

Ryan Benson
Research Assistant
Ryan graduated from Tufts University with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He entered the program as a masters degree candidate in Public Policy at Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on international development. After finishing graduate school, he plans to pursue a long and fulfilling career in microfinance. He enjoys sailing, running and playing Risk.
 
Jocelyn Cheng
Research Assistant
Jocelyn entered the program following her position as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she spent two years working in investment banking in the New York and Buenos Aires offices. In her position at Goldman, she focused on the Natural Resources and Latin American spaces. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's joint-degree Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business. Her interest in microfinance started in undergraduate studies and was furthered through an internship with a grassroots MFI in Puno, Peru. She is fluent in Spanish and Cantonese Chinese.
 
Sarah Knapp
Research Assistant
Sarah entered the program while studying at Emory University in Atlanta, majoring in History and Latin American Studies. She became connected to microfinance through an interest in sustainable poverty alleviation. The experiences of living in an Argentinean soup kitchen and studying in a microfinance seminar have expanded this interest. Sarah is involved with Emory's undergraduate microenterprise club and as a tutor for immigrants and refugees in English and financial literacy. She loves the Spanish language, skiing and the outdoors.
 
Diana Yang
Research Assistant
Diana graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration. As a Global Trade Consultant at Deloitte she advises and provides solutions to clients for dealing with their international customs and trade issues. She is inspired by microfinance and considers it to be a sustainable solution that empowers those in poverty. Through her internship Diana hopes to increase her knowledge of the microfinance industry and determine how she can contribute to this growing movement. She enjoys cooking, staying active and traveling and is thrilled to be visiting Latin America in the fall of 2008.

Anthony Busch
Research Assistant
Anthony entered the program as a junior at the University of South Carolina pursuing a double major in International Business and Finance. During 2008 he studied at Yarmouk University in Irbid, Jordan, through the Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship program. He previously spent a year in Syria studying Arabic at the University of Damascus and interning at the United States Embassy in Damascus. Through conversations with Rotarians in his sponsoring district, he began to realize the potential of microfinance in eliminating the cycle of poverty and sees it as a way to satisfy both his desire to serve the public good and his interest in the private sector. Anthony commands an advanced proficiency of Arabic, and his interests include traveling, photography, a love of Ohio State football and lots of tennis.
 
Melissa Duscha
Research Assistant
Melissa Duscha has a BA in Comparative Religion from the University of California at San Diego and a Japan-Focus MBA from the University of Hawai'i/Japan-America Institute of Management Science. Melissa has traveled extensively through Africa and previously lived in France and Japan. It is through her travels which included many encounters with micro-entrepreneurs in developing countries that she first became interested in sustainable development and especially microfinance. She speaks Japanese and French and is currently living in Shanghai studying Mandarin. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she loves beautiful weather and mantis boxing.
 
Stephen Son
Research Assistant
During Stephen's two years as an Advisory Services Associate with KPMG in San Francisco, he helped clients bring their internal audit functions in line with regulatory standards. Stephen graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with degrees in Business Administration and Political Science and hopes his background can be meaningfully put to use in the field of microfinance. Stephen is a native Southern Californian who loves sunny days, but he also enjoys the occasional trip to places like South America or Scandinavia.
 
Jennifer Lee
Research Associate
Jennifer entered the program following her position as an Associate at Lehman Brothers, where she spent three years working in capital markets as Lehman's US Treasury and Treasury Futures strategist. She is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with dual degrees in Chemistry and Management Science. Her goal is to increase her knowledge of the microfinance industry and pursue a new career with a focus on social responsibility. She is greatly inspired and attracted to microfinance as an innovative, sustainable solution to the challenge of poverty. Jennifer also enjoys traveling and dancing and is proficient in Spanish.
 
Mary Fu
Research Associate
Mary entered the program as a field interviewer for the RAND Corporation. She is a UCLA graduate with dual degrees in International Development Studies and Psychology. She had always been interested in poverty reduction through empowerment and sustainable development. By interning at Prisma, Mary hoped to acquire a deeper understanding of the role of microfinance in lifting and keeping people out of chronic poverty. She was born in China and has traveled throughout much of Latin America, including Chile, Peru, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. She is fluent in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. Mary plans to pursue graduate studies in policy analysis in the near future. She enjoys surfing and dancing tango.
 
Steven Craig
Project Manager
Steven is a project manager at Digital Insight, an Intuit company. Steven manages technical implementation projects for US-based banks and credit unions. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California at Davis while working as a Senior Loan Officer in Digital Insight’s consumer loan contact center. His interest in microfinance started in undergraduate studies and has grown with subsequent research of the field. Amy Rennison
Research Associate
Amy is currently a consultant and research analyst for NGOs and ethical investment firms. She has 13 years experience in the financial services sector in marketing and communications, including board level experience. She completed her MA in Imperialism and Post-Colonial Societies at London University in 2007 (having her completed her BA at Oxford University in 1993) focusing on Africa and has managed to fit in stints working on projects in Zimbabwe and Madagascar throughout her career. She is British, but currently lives in Zurich, Switzerland. Her aim is to combine her practical development and academic skills with knowledge of microfinance and ethical investment in the world of mainstream financial services.
Steven Craig

Elizabeth Nelson
Research Assistant
Elizabeth began her internship as a rising junior at Dartmouth College working toward a double major in Government and Philosophy.  Her academic focus has been primarily within the intersection of foreign policy and political philosophy, but her recent research as a Presidential Scholar in the Government department at Dartmouth has sparked her interest in the relationship between the public and private sector in potentially providing solutions to global problems.  Through her internship at Prisma, Nelson hoped to gain a fuller understanding of the history, mechanics and major issues in micro-investment, with a particular eye towards clarifying her views on the nature and degree of the government’s involvement in MFIs.  After college, she plans to pursue a career in international development, but is unsure whether her work will lead her to governmental, NGO or private organizations.  On campus, Nelson is an active member of the Navigators Christian Fellowship, and she volunteers as a mentor for local high school students.

Michael Warmington
Research Associate
Mike graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK with a BA in economics and with a master’s degree in international development from the University of Bath. Since then he has worked for an NGO based in the UK running international exchanges and is now eager to start a career in the microfinance industry. In addition to some current research he is also working on for the MicroLoan Foundation, an MFI based in London, in his spare time Mike enjoys playing squash, reading and live music.

 

Nicole Brown
Research Associate
Nicole Brown graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Economics. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Policy at the University of Chicago with a focus on poverty/inequality and health policy. Her interest is in microfinance and this stems from her involvement in several community based organizations. She is exploring job opportunities in international development. She is proficient in Spanish.

 

Quentin Ruiz-Esparza
Research Associate
Entering the internship program as a junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Quentin was an economics-Spanish double major.  Microfinance, a relatively new subfield in his economics studies, has piqued Quentin’s interest because of its role within Latin America and potential to economics.  Quentin’s primary motivation for studying economics is to understand policies’ effects on societies, and how economics might assist the poor. Quentin is also active within his school’s student government and on-campus Christian ministry Reformed University Fellowship.

Shane Xu entered his internship as a senior at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, majoring in mathematics and business administration. He is excited about the potential of accelerating microfinance education and participation through the web, and he is planning to apply for a Kiva fellowship in the fall of this year.

 

Monica Sharma
Research Assistant
Monica Sharma is currently a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is working toward a major in both Economics and International Studies, as well as studying Spanish and Hindi. Monica is interested in a career dealing with international or regional/local development, and she will soon be starting research under her Econ professor regarding the progress of credit unions in select Latin American countries. She was originally planning on being an art major before recently switching over to this field. Coming from the suburbs of Chicago, Monica is in love with the city, and is an unwavering Sox fan.

Chryssa Rask
Research Assistant
Chryssa is a rising senior at Tufts University in Medford, MA. She is a double major in international relations and economics, from which her interest in microfinance has grown. Adding to her interests in development economics and social entrepreneurship was the summer and semester she spent abroad in China, studying Mandarin Chinese, history, and culture. In the future she hopes to combine her knowledge of China with her knowledge of microfinance to start her career. In her free time she is an active member of the Tufts Varsity Sailing Team, and enjoys spending time outside and on the water.

 

Jonathan Rollins

Jonathan Rollins is a junior at Bowdoin College double majoring in Economics and Mathematics.  His passion for international development comes from his experiences with Bridges to Community, an organization that concentrates on community development in Nicaragua.  Jonathan spent a semester in Madrid, Spain where he studied international finance and the Spanish language.  In his spare time he enjoys traveling, singing and playing monopoly.

Phong earned two masters degrees: the first was in Business Administration from Thailand and
the second was in Innovation and Enterpreneurship in Paris. In addition, in December 2006,
he completed a graduate diploma program in Banking and Financial Services from Boston
University. Phong began his career in the microfinance field when he joined a project of the
World Bank and National Central Bank of Laos in 2002. Since then, he has continuously been
involved with this area as a private consultant working with regional and international
financial institutions, and with government agencies in the development of the microfinance
sector and the promotion of small business. 
Lisa Kalajian
Research Assistant
Lisa is an undergraduate student studying economics and international relations at Tufts
University in Medford, MA. She spent a semester traveling around the world, studying
global governance and economics. After receiving her BA this May, she plans on pursuing
a Master's degree in economics to better help her achieve her goal of working in international development. She is proficient in French and is learning standard Arabic and her interests include dance and snowboarding.

Nick Alex
Operations Associate
Nick graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California receiving a BA in      
Economics and Business. And he just finished his second tour with the Unites States
Peace Corps (PC) in Bulgaria where he volunteered as a business and marketing consultant
to an environmental NGO. Prior to PC Bulgaria he served in PC Nepal as an Agricultural
Business consultant working mostly with local farmers. He also consulted for a Microfinance
bank while in Nepal. Nick enjoys moutaineering, climbing and camping, and he has two first
ascent climbs in Bulgaria.

Nathan Lawless
Research Assistant
Nathan is a senior at the University of Washington majoring in Finance and Marketing. During his junior year he held a marketing associate position with the Borgen Project, a Seattle-based non profit organization focused on bringing public and political attention to global poverty. His interest in microfinance and development stems from experience traveling in India with Project Concern International, an NGO focused on HIV/AIDS education, treatment, and support. At this point he hopes to learn more about and potentially pursue a career in microfinance.
Aqiyla Mohammed
Research Assistant
Aqiyla is an undergraduate student at Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH. At Dartmouth,
Aqiyla is majoring in International Economics and African Studies. Because of her interest in
International Microfinance she is undertaking a volunteer opportunity with Bridges for
Communities in Nicaragua for her next December Holiday Vacation. Her interest in
microfinance developed as a young child growing up in Trinidad and Tobago as she
constantly saw family members and friends with dreams of starting their own business,
but no financial means of attaining those dreams. In her spare time Aqiyla enjoys
volunteering at her nursing home, surfing the net, and hanging out with friends.

Research Associate
Anirban is interested in development finance and policy and plans to pursue further studies in that area. He has a Masters degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, India and has over six years experience in finance, consulting and technology. He is proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali and holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Roselyne Yao
Operations Associate
Roselyne has just graduated from Boston University with a BSBA with a double
concentration
in Finance and International Management. Prior to coming to Boston, she
she received an Economics and Management degree at the Universite d'Auvergne,
Clermont-Ferrand (France). She has always been very interested in International
International Development, having lived in two developing countries (Senegal and the
Ivory Coast, her home country), and having been the treasurer of the UNICEF Campus
Initiative at Boston University.

Lori Chang
Research Assistant
Lori is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she received a BA in Economics. She plans on continuing her studies at New York University where she will receive her Masters in Economics. Her interest in microfinace developed while volunteering with Interrupcion, an Argentine non-profit organization. She studied for a period of five months in Buenos Aires in the year 2005 and recently came back from studying in Mexico city, Mexico. She is proficient in Spanish and speaks Mandarin also.
Drew Rifkin
Research Assistant
Drew is completing his final year at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. He is an Economics and Development studies concentrator and is writing his honor thesis on the microfinance sector in Azerbaijan. He has lived in Turkey and hopes to start a microfinance institution there in the near future.

Kristen Hudak
Research Associate
Kristen is currently a PhD student in Public and International Affairs at Northeastern University.  She holds a Masters in International Relations and an undergraduate degree in Politics and Economics from Salve Regina University.  Her research interest in microfinance and entrepreneurship in the developing world have been strongly influenced by her work as a credit union examiner for the Massachusetts Division of Banks.                                                                                                         

     

Geoffrey Simmon
Operations Assistant
Geoff is an undergraduate student at Trinity College in Hartford CT and is double 
majoring in Economics and International Studies with a focus on the Middle East. He plans to study abroad in Amman, Jordan to become proficient in Arabic and to travel the region.



Meg Werner
Research Associate
Meg is a graduate student at Oxford University in England reading PPE (philosophy,
politics, and economics), focusing primarily on economic development and political
economy in LDCs. She graduated with honors from William Jewell College with BAs
in French and in Institutions and Policy. Having lived a year in France, Meg is
proficient in French and likes to cook French cuisine. In her spare time Meg enjoys
traveling, playing piano, and photography.
       
Rina Thomas
Research Assistant
Rina is an undergraduate student in the Huntsman Program for
international studies & business at the University of Pennsylvania. She
is currently spending her Junior year abroad at Sciences Po in Paris. She
got hooked up on microfinance and other fun social enterprises after
reading "The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid."

Mary White
Strategy Associate
Mary is a Master’s candidate at the Harvard School of Public Health where she has become interested in international development and microfinance. Prior to entering Harvard, she worked as a business consultant for six years. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University with a BA in Biology.

Peter Blain
Research Associate
Peter graduated with Honors in Economics from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. His research has included studying economics and political science in Geneva, Switzerland as well as statistical analysis of the effectiveness of capital flows in stimulating human development in third world nations. He is currently a consultant with a Boston-based investment management firm.

Robert Southern
Operations Assistant
Robert Southern is a graduate of Emory University where he received a BA in Political Science. He spent a semester in Cuernavaca, Mexico where he became proficient in Spanish while studying social and environmental justice in Latin America. He attended the Business Bridge Program at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business and is currently exploring job opportunities in international development. Rob is enjoys photography, guitar and rock climbing.

Christina F. Chick
Research Assistant
Christina Chick is an undergraduate at Dartmouth, where she studies psychology
and government. Her Dartmouth career has been defined in large by her work for
Buzzwork, a student start-up that tightens the Dartmouth family by chronicling
notable work of students, alumni, and professors. She also works for the Student
Assembly with the goal of helping students to exercise their rightful voice in the
progress of the College. Christina has worked for the Petitto Cognitive Neuroscience
laboratory and spent a term at Edinburg University studying psychology.

 

Supreet Kaur Maniktala
Research Assistant
Supreet Kaur Maniktala is a graduate of Babson College, which specializes in Entrepreneurship, and she plans on making microfinance her career. She enjoys traveling to different countries, in addition to performing Bhangra dances at South Asian Cultural Shows. She loves to learn about different cultures and meet people from diverse backgrounds. Furthermore, she is proficient in Spanish, Punjabi, and Hindi.

Laura Brix
Research Associate
Laura Brix is a freelance grantwriter/fundraising consultant, and is working on her M.S. degree in International Public Service at DePaul University in Chicago. She has expertise in financial institution supervision and risk assessment following twelve years as an examiner and case manager with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Since leaving government service for the nonprofit world, Laura has worked as a professional fundraiser, specializing in institutional giving. She is an avid traveler and writer, and is proficient in French. Laura has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle. Laura has an interest in meso- and macro-level microfinance issues, and plans to work in the field when she finishes her degree.


Karen Morehouse
Research Associate
Karen Morehouse currently works in a
marketing/business development capacity at Wellington Management Company, LLP, a Boston-based investment management firm targeting institutional clients. Karen holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and also completed a semester abroad at Dublin City University Business School in Ireland. Proficient in Spanish, she has a strong passion for Latin culture – including music, dance, and cinema – and dreams of one day traveling throughout South America.

Alex Athans
Operations Associate
Alex Athans is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors degree in American History, and is a candidate for a M.S. degree in political science/international relations from Suffolk University. Alex is an avid musician and a practitioner of taekwondo.

   

Nilah Pandian
Research Associate
Nilah Pandian graduated from Boston University with a B.A. in International Relations and Economics. Having traveled extensively since childhood, she has become extremely interested in international development and is currently pursuing a career in that field. Nilah interned at the Overseas Development Institute in London where she coauthored a paper on agricultural commodity dependence in low-income countries. Proficient in Tamil (a South Indian language) and currently learning Spanish, she would like to study more languages. Over the next few years, she plans to complete her graduate work in economic and social development. In addition to her love of traveling and the beach, Nilah is also a huge Boston sports fan, and likes R&B music, the movies, and playing tennis.

     

Shanti Kelemen
Research Assistant
Shanti Kelemen is a senior at Boston University studying Political and Economic Development. She has completed research on the World Bank's microfinance programs in Brazil and housing microfinance programs in Mexico. She is the treasurer for BU's Debate Team and spends many of her weekends competing in tournaments around New England. In her spare time, Shanti enjoys tennis, board games and knitting.

Meenesh Pattni
Project/Marketing Manager
Meenesh Pattni is an IT business professional. He has worked in business development roles for IBM Corporation, Rational Software, and Compuware Corporation. He has strong business and technical skills, and extensive experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams at bringing competitive enterprise software products to market. Meenesh has a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from York University, United Kingdom. He loves to play soccer (a.k.a. football), and is somewhat proficient in Gujarati.


Sarah Reardon
Operations Associate
Sarah Reardon is a student at Davidson College, located in Davidson, NC, pursuing a math and economics double major. She is experienced in equity finance, and manages funds from Davidson's endowment in a stock portfolio along with fellow members of the Davidson Investment and Financial Association. Additionally, she gained familiarity with small business start-up through founding a beverage and snack service retail operation. Sarah is also proficient in French, started the Women's Club Lacrosse program at Davidson, and was a member of the dance ensemble.


Allison Margaret Wood
Research Assistant
Allison is a student at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, working on her B.A. in Women’s Studies and Political Science. She spent two semesters abroad, living in Prague and traveling to various countries in Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa and South America. Her interest in microfinance stems in particular from development programs she witnessed in India, as well as a strong commitment to social justice and development economics.

Anand Dholakia
Operations Associate
Anand Dholakia came to Prisma from a strong technology background focusing on web applications development. He has developing country experience in grassroots non-governmental organization (NGO) needs assessment, capacity-building, and program design and evaluation. He has consulted for nonprofit organizations in the Boston area and internationally, and initiated the Babson College Net Impact chapter's Service Corps program. Anand has spent time mastering the art of world-influenced slide guitar as part of a lifelong musical quest. Anand has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University, and an MBA from Babson College's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Global Management and Social Entrepreneurship, and is proficient in Gujarati.


Johanna Klein
Strategy Associate
Johanna came to Prisma from a background of investment banking with Credit Suisse First Boston and Zoologic.com in New York. Her microfinance experience includes work with Deutsche Bank's Microcredit Development Fund and Global Commercial Microfinance Consortium. Johanna Klein is a graduate of MIT's Sloan School of Management, concentrating in finance and international development and has a B.A. in Government from Harvard and a M.S. in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is proficient in French and Mandarin Chinese.

Manuel Abascal
Strategy Associate
Manuel was Deputy Director for International Customs Affairs at the Mexican Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. Manuel has an MBA from the Boston University Graduate School of Management, a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, and is a corporate law LLM candidate at New York University School of Law. Manuel is bilingual in Spanish and English, is an avid tennis player, and a disheartened golf practitioner.


Mary Anne Harmon
Strategy Associate
Mary Anne is a Senior Consultant at the Trium Group in San Francisco. She worked with Prisma as part of her full-time MBA program at UCLA, where she graduated as an Advanced International Management Fellow. Mary spent eight years in the financial services industry, primarily at Goldman Sachs in New York and ABN Amro Bank in the Cayman Islands. At both firms Mary held leadership roles in both the Offshore Hedge Funds and Private Wealth Management sectors. At Goldman, she was a client representative for the firm's "ultra" high net worth relationships. Mary completed overseas management studies programs at the IESE Graduate School of Business in Spain, and ESAN Business School in Perú. She earned a BS in Business Administration from Miami University - Ohio.


Gina Rich
Operations Associate
Gina's experience is in marketing and customer and public relations. She was selected as a Cisco Community Fellowship for 2001-2002, during which she worked on marketing projects for City Year. Gina has a BA in Marketing and German from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA with a finance concentration from the Boston University Graduate School of Management.

Andrea Niño de Guzmán Rabaj
Operations Associate
Andrea is a financial manager at Molino Andino S.A. in La Paz, Bolivia. Andrea has a BA in Economics and BS in Business Administration from Boston University, and a Masters degree in Corporate Finance from Universidad Católica Boliviana. She is fluent in Spanish, proficient in German, and enjoys cooking, kickboxing, traveling and scuba diving.


Melita Sawyer
Operations Associate
Melita interned at Prisma after graduating from Stanford University with a degree in Political Science. Following her time with Prisma, Melita moved to Ecuador for a fifteen month assignment with Banco Solidario, a microfinance institution. As a Project Assistant, Melita worked on creating and expanding microfinance products in regulated Ecuadorian credit unions. Melita was the captain of the field hockey team at Stanford, is fluent in Spanish, proficient in French and has traveled to over fifteen countries.

 

Mike Felix
Operations Associate
Michael is currently a micro-enterprise development volunteer with the US Peace Corps working with an artisan cooperative in rural Bolivia. He came to Prisma with a strong technology background, having managed a team of overseas developers for a startup software company. Following his time with Prisma, he was hired as a consultant for three database projects to facilitate field data collection for the UN Millennium Project HIV-AIDS Task Force. Michael has a B.A in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College and is fluent in Spanish.

Shreya Shah
Operations Associate
Shreya is a bond trader at Royal Bank of Canada. She came to Prisma with a background in the financial services industry, working for Goldman Sachs and GE Capital. Shreya holds a degree in Economics and Mathematics from The London School of Economics. Shreya is fluent in Gujarati, French and Spanish.


Andrew Ralph
Research Assistant
Andrew is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics. He worked as a financial analyst at Deutsche Bank and is now attending Stanford Business School.

Jesse is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He worked as a consultant at Bain and
Company, and is now at MIT Sloan School of Business.

Vincent Ng
Research Assistant
Vincent was sponsored by the Rockefeller Foundation in the Spring of 2001 to be a Rockefeller Public Affairs Intern. As such, he undertook the challenge of developing an assessment tool to determine and quantify the social impact of Prisma's microfinance program. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 2003, and has since been teaching internationally in the Marshall Islands and Shanghai. He is working with the Environmental Education Media Project in Beijing, China on a documentary film which explores current initiatives in ecosystem rehabilitation.
